🎯 What You'll Do

• Characterize and test fiber optic components and modules
• Analyze test results for compliance with specifications
• Generate comprehensive test reports for stakeholders
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product issues

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in optical or fiber component testing
• BS or MS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related field
• Hands-on with optical test instruments (spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.)
• Scripting skills in Python, LabVIEW, or Visual Basic

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with photonics, telecom, or high-speed networking
• Shell scripting automation experience
• Ability to train and mentor peers
