- Manage office cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance.
- Welcome employees, candidates, and visitors at the front desk.
- Handle travel coordination for board members and executives.
- Track petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments.
๐ Requirements
- Office management or operations experience in high-tech/startup.
- Proactive and takes full ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
