Description

You will lead two engineering teams focused on AI-driven workflow optimization and automation, improving operational efficiency and the company's bottom line. You'll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable automation solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience with at least 3 years in engineering management leading multiple teams
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Operations
• Deep technical acumen in backend systems, AI/ML applications, or workflow orchestration
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
