You'll manage spectrum regulatory approvals for Telesat's space segment, working with ISED, FCC, and ITU. You'll support regulatory frameworks for GSO and NGSO satellites and contribute to policy consultations. This hybrid role in Ottawa offers high-impact work in the satellite industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Canadian and U.S. space station spectrum licences
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare submissions
• Prepare ITU filings supporting spectrum rights
• Provide spectrum regulatory advice to internal teams

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Law or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications sector
• Experience with Canadian and U.S. satellite licensing frameworks
• Eligibility to participate on Canadian delegation to ITU
