You'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You'll make home visits, develop care plans, and educate clients and families. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.

📋 Requirements

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
• One year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA or similar
