💼 About This Role

You'll support Cyara's enterprise customers by proactively monitoring automated tests and investigating failures. You will follow SOPs to communicate findings, escalate issues, and help prevent service disruptions. The role requires shift work including nights and weekends in a global 24/7 team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Process test calls using internal tools to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues using ticket tracking system.
  • Manage communication during outages and incidents.
  • Monitor infrastructure components and track balances.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of IP network fundamentals.
  • Understanding of telephony, VoIP (SIP), and IVR.

✨ Nice to Have

  • End-user experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of VoIP/SIP and ISDN basics.
