Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for perception and data pipelines on autonomous systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage the ML lifecycle and deliver computer vision capabilities for next-generation defense technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in senior role delivering production-grade software with mature ML component
• Experience with ML Operations including data acquisition, labeling, pipeline management, CI, model versioning
• Experience delivering computer vision capabilities from data and model side
• Eligible for Australian NV2 security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration and support of ML models for perception and data pipelines on autonomous systems
• Develop software to manage and automate ML lifecycle, including data management, labeling, training
• Manage model selection, training, validation, evaluation, deployment and regression testing
• Manage training data sourcing, integration, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and testing
