Description

You will drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by building and scaling healthcare partners across the US and Canada, working with sales and marketing teams to close joint opportunities. Success depends on commercial acumen, deal influence, and comfort in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in healthcare IT/enterprise software
  • Proven track record of revenue generation through partners in quota-carrying/influencing role
  • Strong deal qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to influence VP- and C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and scale strategic healthcare partners
  • Drive partner enablement for effective sales and implementation
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue pipeline and deal progression
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies for net-new customer acquisition
  • Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews with partners
