You will scale compliance operations by building structured processes and shaping AI-driven compliance solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale AML compliance solutions with structured processes for client and internal support.
• Develop and maintain client guides, playbooks, and implementation resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on compliance features.
• Support client migrations and map legacy workflows to modern platform solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in AML operations or compliance in banking/fintech.
• Strong experience with transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening.
• Deep understanding of AML regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to translate compliance concepts into documentation and processes.
