💼 About This Role

You'll own demand generation at Close across paid, content, and channel, using AI as a force multiplier to build a multi-channel growth plan and run experiments that ship like a much bigger team. You'll pick the channels worth betting on and build systems that compound over 12 months, all while earning every bit of attention in a lean, scrappy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute multi-channel growth plans across SEO, YouTube, social, paid, and partnerships.
• Create AI-powered workflows for content production, distribution, and reporting.
• Own top-of-funnel traffic and collaborate on website conversion and activation.
• Optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI in a budget-constrained environment.
• Establish distribution partnerships and co-create content with partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS growth or marketing.
• Experience working at a lean company with limited budget and team.
• Proven ability to build growth channels from scratch and measure impact.
• Strong AI leverage skills: building automated workflows to scale output.
