You'll manage day-to-day Toronto office operations while providing high-level executive support to C-level leaders. You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors, coordinating meetings and events. You'll help maintain office culture through creative initiatives and ensure a well-organized, fully stocked workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage office suppliers and building relationships
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and security passes
  • Schedule and organize company events
  • Provide executive calendar and travel management

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as Office Manager or Executive Assistant
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook calendar management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation formatting
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
