💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data-driven crop insights. You'll own operational workflows that transform complex field data into actionable customer reports. This role connects agronomy, product, and engineering to scale sustainable agriculture solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with Sales, CS, Agronomy, and Product on project milestones.
• Design and manage grower data collection frameworks for accuracy.
• Translate agricultural data into clear customer reports and insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements for product delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years in Product Operations or Data Analysis.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings.
• Excellent communication to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience with agriculture or AgTech data strongly preferred.
