Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency through inventory management, shipment processing, and maintaining visual standards. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to optimize results and support total store operations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory management and operations
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities
