Description

You will orchestrate omni-channel B2B campaigns, managing calendars, QAing assets, and optimizing performance to drive pipeline. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, you'll collaborate with campaign, paid media, field marketing, and content teams to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Located in Austin, TX (preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in campaign management, ABM, marketing operations, or similar execution-focused role in B2B tech or SaaS
• Experience leveraging intent/ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) for reporting
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign calendars to ensure on-time delivery of key messages to specific audiences
• Leverage segmentation and targeting logic to ensure campaigns reach the right buyers
• Report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations to Marketing and SDR leaders
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, landing page copy, and audience segments
• Maintain campaign intake processes and repeatable campaign playbooks for high-frequency programs
