🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven business tracking and KPI interpretation.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategy including segmentation, planning, and headcount allocation.
- Own forecast accuracy by surfacing risks early and driving corrective actions.
- Architect EMEA territory strategy and coverage models aligned with market nuances.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Deep familiarity with EMEA-specific organizational structures and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership and drive consensus.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and modern revenue stack (Clari, Gong, Outreach).
