💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end design for Journeys, Fullscript's practitioner-led platform for preventive care. Your work will directly impact how practitioners and patients interact with complex health data and AI-generated content. This role requires in-office presence 1x per week in Toronto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design projects from brief to shipped UI across the Journeys workflow.
• Design clear experiences for complex health data and AI-generated content.
• Work directly with engineers through implementation and iterate on shipped UI.
• Participate in user research and extend design system patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of UX/product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating solving real workflow problems.
• Proficiency in Figma and growing comfort working closer to code.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for prototyping and production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Comfort designing for two-sided platforms.
• Familiarity with health data visualization or health literacy.
