Description

As a Logistics Lead, you will oversee warehouse and transportation activities at our Logistics Hubs, manage inventory using RFID scanners and tablets, coordinate with business partners, and foster a safe, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age and valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations in last three years or DUI
• Excellent organization, prioritization, multitasking skills
• Interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, productive environment
• Perform validation of processes to ensure performance to work standards
• Monitor team performance via KPI reporting, assign and assist with tasks
• Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets
• Manage Electric Vehicle inventory and charging processes
