You will lead the development of compelling, strategy-driven content for healthcare brands, overseeing a team of writers to ensure medical accuracy, creativity, and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand messaging and mentor junior writers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 6+ years healthcare/pharmaceutical copywriting experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of medical/scientific concepts and regulatory requirements (FDA, OPDP)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scientific and promotional content aligned with brand strategy and compliance
• Oversee and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback
• Partner with creative, medical, and account teams for multi-channel content
• Review and edit content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and brand voice
• Present content to internal teams and clients, articulating rationale
