Description

You will partner with customers to implement BrazeAI solutions, collaborating on data integration, ML model configuration, and pipeline development. You'll also extend product capabilities and contribute to the product roadmap through customer-facing insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Math, Engineering or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer with large-scale data and production environments
• Proficient in Python (Pandas), ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost), and SQL
• Strong engineering practices: modular code, Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews
• Customer-facing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers on implementations including use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
• Work closely with the RL pipeline development team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
• Contribute to product strategy through customer-facing insights and technical expertise
• Provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure customer adoption and success
