💼 About This Role

You'll prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex clinical needs in a hands-on, patient-focused role. You'll contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration and help shape clinical pathways in a fast-growing field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber, tailoring treatments
• Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options
• Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve outcomes

📋 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting

• Knowledge of cannabis-based medicines (CBPM)
• Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
