You'll conduct field sales to onboard SME merchants to payment solutions like QR and e-wallets in Cagayan De Oro. You'll drive merchant growth through relationship-building targeting local businesses. This is a ground-level role with autonomy in your territory.

• Conduct field sales to identify and onboard SME merchants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Handle end-to-end merchant onboarding process.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify upsell opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of field sales experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a field-based environment.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
