💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Payroll Center of Excellence to optimize global payroll processes and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant operations. You'll analyze payroll data, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze global payroll data for accuracy and trends
• Ensure payroll processes comply with tax and regulatory requirements
• Support payroll processing and identify discrepancies
• Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll analysis or related finance experience
• Knowledge of payroll software and advanced Excel/Gsheet skills
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid country exposure in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, CEE, APAC, or South Africa
• Experience with data transformation tooling
