Description

You will lead and develop a team of 1-3 product designers, shape strategy with cross-functional partners, and contribute hands-on design work for Airtable's enterprise growth. This role blends people leadership with individual contribution, focusing on AI adoption for large organizations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior management experience
• Strong current design craft with shipped features
• Experience with complex enterprise design problems
• Ability to balance leading a team and hands-on design work

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 1-3 product designers with clear ownership and direct feedback
• Shape strategy with PM and engineering leads, define roadmaps and success metrics
• Engage with enterprise customers and users to inform design decisions
