🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute commercial rates setup per SOPs within SLAs
• Conduct quality control and monitor daily issues
• Provide prompt operational support to markets
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow through to resolution

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in an Operations role
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/GSsheets for data processing
