💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic business partner for Coupang's Retail FP&A team, driving data-driven financial insights across millions of products. You will directly influence business decisions through P&L management, forecasting, and investment ROI analysis, all within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting and P&L analysis
• Build bottom-up and top-down category business targets
• Analyze business drivers to identify performance variances and propose action plans
• Support inventory health management and ROI analysis for new initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of FP&A or related experience
• Expert proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Experience solving business problems from a financial perspective

• Business-level English conversation skills
