💼 About This Role

You'll build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas, our database-as-a-service offering. You'll contribute to large-scale distributed systems and collaborate across teams to shape our roadmap. This role offers the chance to lead complex projects in a fast-growing cloud platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas
• Contribute to and lead complex technical projects
• Work with stakeholders to build roadmap and product offerings
• Participate in on-call rotation and fix customer issues

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience
• Skilled at writing large-scale distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Go, Java, C#, etc.)
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Has led the launch of a new module and maintained it in production
