You'll own end-to-end email operations and lead the evolution of campaign automation at Snowflake, transitioning from manual execution to agentic and automated workflows. You'll modernize how campaigns are designed, executed, and optimized in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end email operations workflow from intake through reporting
- Replace manual steps with automated and agentic workflows
- Build reusable email frameworks and templates for personalization
- Run A/B tests and analyze performance data for optimization
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations or campaign automation
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Workato, or similar GTM systems
- Practical HTML/CSS skills for email template optimization
- Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Python, Velocity) for dynamic execution
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Clay, Snowflake, or AI/agentic technologies
- Knowledge of deliverability tools like Validity and Litmus
- Cross-functional communication skills
