You'll design and optimize the infrastructure driving Braze's global talent acquisition function. You'll act as a strategic partner to TA leadership, focusing on process excellence and system optimization. Lead a team of 2+ direct reports and own the ATS and CRM systems.

  • Lead, mentor, and performance manage a team of 2+ direct reports
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Serve as primary system admin for TA technology (ATS, CRM, assessment tools)
  • Partner with People Analytics to design reporting and metrics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations
  • Proven experience leading major implementations and system overhauls
  • Proven experience leading and managing direct reports
  • Expertise in TA systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Looker or similar)
