You'll design and optimize the infrastructure driving Braze's global talent acquisition function. You'll act as a strategic partner to TA leadership, focusing on process excellence and system optimization. Lead a team of 2+ direct reports and own the ATS and CRM systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and performance manage a team of 2+ direct reports
- Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process
- Serve as primary system admin for TA technology (ATS, CRM, assessment tools)
- Partner with People Analytics to design reporting and metrics
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations
- Proven experience leading major implementations and system overhauls
- Proven experience leading and managing direct reports
- Expertise in TA systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Looker or similar)
