• Support end-to-end event planning for tradeshows and executive dinners
• Coordinate podcast episode production from guest outreach to publishing
• Manage webinar production, including speaker prep and live moderation
• Track program performance and build post-event recaps

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with Zoom, Eventbrite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Proactive, ownership mindset
