🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical relationship with assigned clients
• Monitor program health and mitigate risks
• Drive adoption of contracted solutions
• Oversee all technical touch points and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• 18-24 months in a client-facing role
• Experience in technical consulting or project management
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in account management
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles
• Knowledge of web analytics tools
