💼 About This Role

You'll own the factory execution layer that translates quality problems into implemented fixes at supplier partners across Taiwan and Southeast Asia. You'll build the supplier quality function from the ground up, driving cross-product factory issues to closure and holding authority to halt shipments. This role offers a chance to establish the data foundation for supplier scorecards and quality dashboards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive implementation of fixes through suppliers to verified closure.
• Build yield and failure data infrastructure with automated alerts.
• Chair weekly quality reviews with supplier leadership.
• Own supplier CAPA program end-to-end.
• Conduct on-site process audits at suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in factory or supplier quality at a hardware company.
• Track record of driving cross-functional manufacturing issues to closure.
• Direct experience managing supplier quality in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
• BS/MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC.
• Mandarin fluency (native or fully fluent).
