💼 About This Role

You'll own onboarding and long-term success for 15 to 25 elite sports organizations across EMEA using our AMS, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition platforms. You'll build trust with performance directors by understanding their operational demands and translating them into platform optimization. This role sits at the center of European football and Olympic performance technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding and implementation of Teamworks Performance ecosystem for 15-25 clients
• Build and configure AMS platforms for football clubs and Olympic committees
• Facilitate complex data integrations from GPS systems and force plates
• Partner with performance directors to translate demands into platform optimization
• Design and deliver training programs for performance staff

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on AMS platform experience (non-negotiable)
• Deep familiarity with elite sports performance technologies including GPS and force plates
• Direct experience working within professional sporting organizations
• Ability to manage a large, multi-country client portfolio independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish
• Track record of leading technology rollouts in professional sports
• Proficient in synthesizing multi-modal performance data into strategic reports
