You'll lead field sales enablement strategy across UK and Emerging Markets, building world-class programs for partner sales teams. Your work will measurably improve sales performance and drive Xero's mission to empower small businesses.

  • Develop regional enablement plan aligned with global priorities
  • Coach Enablement Business Partners to uplift team capability
  • Establish processes to measure ROI of training programs
  • Partner with Product and Partner Marketing for feature readiness

  • Sales leadership and people management experience
  • Background in SaaS or accounting/bookkeeping industry
  • Trust-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset using data to measure enablement success
