You'll lead field sales enablement strategy across UK and Emerging Markets, building world-class programs for partner sales teams. Your work will measurably improve sales performance and drive Xero's mission to empower small businesses.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop regional enablement plan aligned with global priorities
- Coach Enablement Business Partners to uplift team capability
- Establish processes to measure ROI of training programs
- Partner with Product and Partner Marketing for feature readiness
๐ Requirements
- Sales leadership and people management experience
- Background in SaaS or accounting/bookkeeping industry
- Trust-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset using data to measure enablement success
