🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise employers in the Northeast.
- Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders.
- Partner with brokers, consultants, and health plan partners for referrals.
- Coordinate executive-level presentations and ROI analyses.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling into employers in healthcare or benefits.
- Proven success managing complex consultative sales cycles with HR decision-makers.
- Experience working with brokers or consultants in the benefits ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of self-insured employer healthcare dynamics.

- Experience in digital health sales.
- Knowledge of competitive dynamics (e.g., Hinge, Omada).
