🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise employers in the Northeast.
  • Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders.
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and health plan partners for referrals.
  • Coordinate executive-level presentations and ROI analyses.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into employers in healthcare or benefits.
  • Proven success managing complex consultative sales cycles with HR decision-makers.
  • Experience working with brokers or consultants in the benefits ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of self-insured employer healthcare dynamics.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital health sales.
  • Knowledge of competitive dynamics (e.g., Hinge, Omada).
