💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement ServiceNow Event Management and Major Incident Management solutions for a top bank in Quito. You'll lead the integration of monitoring platforms and automate incident lifecycle to enhance service reliability. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a global digital accelerator and EPAM company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ServiceNow integration architecture for Event Management and MIM.
• Configure advanced Event Management rules, correlation, and deduplication.
• Automate incident lifecycle using Flow Designer and Playbooks.
• Lead Major Incident Management including war rooms and escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management and MIM.
• CSA ServiceNow certification required.
• ITIL 4 certification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, or Zabbix integration.
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM alignment.
