💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets as part of the Hot Topic management team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
