You'll lead product management across 10+ cross-functional teams at 9fin, the AI platform powering global debt markets. You'll own strategic direction and measurable business outcomes while evolving how teams work to accelerate execution. This role offers direct partnership with the CPO and ownership of AI product strategy at a defining inflection point.

• Own strategic direction and measurable business outcomes across the organization.
• Evolve product team processes: planning, rituals, communication, tooling.
• Mentor and grow product leaders through coaching and direct feedback.
• Enhance customer understanding via win/loss insights and market learning loops.
• Build tight alignment with Go-to-Market teams to accelerate trial and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Leading 10+ product teams and managing managers.
• Experience scaling product organizations through $50-200M ARR growth phases.
• Extensive B2B enterprise SaaS experience with sophisticated users.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical background enabling engagement with engineering and data science.
• Experience building genAI-native products.
• Exposure to financial data, credit analysis, or capital markets.
