Description

You will ensure end-to-end service stability and performance for satellite-to-mobile services by diagnosing and resolving cross-domain issues across satellite, RAN, core, transport, and OSS layers. This role is critical for maintaining service integrity during launch, early-life support, and steady-state operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service degradation or outages across satellite payload, RAN, gateway, core network, transport, and OSS domains
• Assess customer and service impact from end-to-end perspective, identifying cross-domain dependencies and failure points
• Correlate alarms, KPIs, logs, and incident timelines to determine end-to-end service behavior
• Lead technical troubleshooting for complex incidents requiring multi-domain resolution
