💼 About This Role

You'll build and run Suitsupply's global fulfillment network, owning warehouse performance, carrier relationships, and omnichannel execution. You'll lead a team to execute at scale while directly impacting OTIF targets and cost management. This role offers autonomy and a direct partnership with executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize global warehouse network for cost, speed, and service
• Own carrier strategy, contract negotiation, and SLA management
• Lead fulfillment technology initiatives including WMS/OMS optimization
• Enable commercial growth by aligning fulfillment with new markets and channels

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in fulfillment or supply chain operations
• 5+ years leading teams at scale
• Experience with fashion retail or ecommerce and omnichannel dynamics
• Deep knowledge of WMS/OMS platforms and cross-border logistics

✨ Nice to Have

• Manhattan WMS experience
• Strong P&L understanding
• Experience with automation and ROI assessment
