You'll work directly with innovative restaurant concepts to redefine in-store payment and hospitality experiences. You'll own end-to-end pilot rollouts, gathering real-time insights to shape product and commercial strategy. This is a highly hands-on, exploratory role where you'll operate across the full customer journey.
π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end experience with pilot customers, introducing new ways to order and pay
- Partner with diverse hospitality operators to design and refine service and payment flows
- Gather real-time insights and turn feedback into actionable recommendations
- Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities
- Help define repeatable playbooks for broader rollout of new in-store experiences
π Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer success, or growth in hospitality/payments/SaaS
- Strong bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Passion for reshaping in-person guest experiences
- Proven ability to work closely with product teams to find product-market fit

- Experience with experiential dining or venue-based entertainment
- Familiarity with POS systems or payments technology
- Background in early-stage initiatives or building new programs
