🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct primary user research to understand clinical team workflows
• Evolve UX principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical ops
• Prototype quickly to gather early feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product/UX design experience
• Experience designing complex multi-step workflows in software products
• Proficiency in Claude Code or similar AI tools for design implementation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving in ambiguous spaces
