You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment. Your work will empower patients to reduce harm and build stability through a nonjudgmental, patient-centered approach. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder
• Work directly with patients in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer professionals

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
• At least 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care
• Reside in one of the listed states (FL, IL, MA, MN, VA require independent practice designation)

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Certified Addiction Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP)
