💼 About This Role

You'll lead a GSOC team monitoring and responding to physical security incidents for an autonomous maritime systems company. You'll develop protocols, collaborate across teams, and train staff to enhance crisis response and customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GSOC operators in monitoring and responding to incidents.
• Develop and implement emergency management protocols.
• Collaborate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec on incidents.
• Conduct training exercises for GSOC staff.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of GSOC operations experience.
• Knowledge of physical security systems.
• Experience leading physical security incident response.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Experience developing after action reviews.
