💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with manufacturers to design, build, and deploy solutions on Tulip's Frontline Operations Platform, operating at the intersection of solution engineering and manufacturing operations. You'll translate real shop-floor problems into scalable, production-ready solutions that improve quality, productivity, and traceability across manufacturing environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with plant-level and corporate stakeholders to design and deploy Tulip solutions on-site
• Integrate Tulip with shop-floor systems including PLCs, MES, ERP, and quality systems
• Deploy solutions into live production environments with minimal disruption
• Serve as the technical authority during customer deployments

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or manufacturing-focused technology roles
• 4+ years in customer-facing or consulting capacities
• Hands-on experience with Operations Technology including MES, ERP, quality, or production systems
• Ability to integrate shop-floor systems and devices (PLCs, machine data) in manufacturing environments

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with manufacturing workflows and quality traceability
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives in ambiguous environments
