You will efficiently trim cannabis plants to produce a high-quality product ready for sale or processing, maintaining cleanliness and following standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Ability to focus on a task for long periods
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass background checks and be approved by state badging agency
Responsibilities
- Trim flower from plants quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality
- Operate trimming, sorting, and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Track unusable waste and usable by-products for each plant/batch
- Follow all SOPs and verbal directives
