• Lead design execution from concept through construction.
• Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Produce 3D renderings and computer illustrations.
• Support consultant coordination during Design Development and Construction Documents.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.

✨ Nice to Have

• NCIDQ certification.
• Knowledge of Enscape or Lumion rendering software.
• Experience with Vantagepoint and Newforma.
