💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at an applied AI research lab, sourcing and closing top talent in a competitive AI hiring market. You'll build recruiting systems and partner with leadership to shape a great place to work. This role offers the chance to define a new product category in AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive candidates through creative outreach and referrals.
• Manage full candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and scale recruiting processes as the company grows.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at a startup or in AI/ML.
• Strong sourcing skills and network in AI/engineering talent market.
• Ability to move fast and operate independently.
