💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality engineering for Edge Compute and Communications products at a defense tech company. You'll drive root cause corrective action and transition products from NPI to reliable volume production. This role offers hands-on technical leadership and career growth as products evolve.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for field and reliability issues.
• Drive product improvement through data collection and incident reporting.
• Champion transition from NPI to sustainable product experience.
• Establish metrics for measuring quality and predictive factors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense or complex hardware.
• Proven experience leading RCCA efforts using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, Fault Tree Analysis, or DMAIC.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience with developing quality systems for low volume, high complex manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
