You'll lead delivery of tenant experience programs across multiple commercial properties, coaching teams and ensuring consistent hospitality standards. You'll shape a new category of workplace experience for the commercial real estate industry. This role blends direct team leadership with cross-functional partnership with property management teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily execution of tenant engagement and amenity programs
• Conduct property visits, service audits, and performance reviews
• Support onboarding and activation of new properties
• Track program budgets, spending, and operational KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years in multi-unit hospitality operations or similar
• Experience leading teams across direct and dotted-line structures
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs
• Strong client relationship management skills
