🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full employee lifecycle for assigned location
• Act as primary escalation point for complex HR issues
• Lead onboarding/offboarding for office and operational sites
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and governance

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years progressive HR Operations experience
• At least 2 years in senior/lead role with scope ownership
• Strong expertise in HRIS platforms (HiBob or similar)
• Experience managing multi-country/ multi-jurisdiction HR operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in data center or mission-critical environments
• EHS knowledge (OSHA, ISO 45001)
• Experience with shift-based workforce
